The Autumn Symphonies 2025 event gives voice to generosity in the Suceava community

Every autumn, generosity is given voice in Suceava at the Autumn Symphonies. Now in its 12th edition, the event has become a landmark in our community's cultural calendar. This year, on September 11, we will meet again on the Esplanade of the House of Culture in Suceava for a concert of classical and symphonic music, which promises to surprise us with a new format and the presence of renowned artists. Autumn Symphonies is organized by the Rotary Club Suceava-Bucovina, and the ASSIST Humanitarian Foundation is glad to be the main partner of this year's edition.

An event that has become a tradition

Every year, Simfonii de Toamnă (Autumn Symphonies) brings the city of Suceava to life with music, emotion, and spectacle. This event transforms the city center into a stage for well-known artists, national and international orchestras, and renowned conductors. Thus, the Suceava audience has the opportunity to take part in live performances of a magnitude that is hard to match in this region of the country.

The artists who will take the stage at this year's edition are:

• Soprano Irina Baianț, renowned for her spectacular performances of opera and theatrical music;
• Tenors Andrei Apreotesei, Florin Guzgă, and Andrei Fermeșanu, who bring with them a special artistic presence and rich international experience;
• The Iași National Opera Orchestra, conducted by Andrei Tudor, which will take us through a wide repertoire of classical and symphonic pop songs.

A team of 30 technicians will ensure the quality of sound and lighting throughout the show. Even though it takes place outdoors, the concert promises to offer a perfect experience for every member of the audience. 

A community united by culture

Autumn Symphonies is an event distinguished by its two sides: the artistic and the charitable. Participants have the opportunity to attend a concert performed to the highest international standards and contribute to causes that support the development of the local community. This demonstrates that art becomes a true bond within society, bringing unity, generosity, and compassion back to life.

A special moment that will take place during the concert is the presentation of the Excellence in Education Award . This distinction, offered by the ASSIST Humanitarian Foundation for the fourth consecutive year, aims to bring to the attention of the community teachers who contribute significantly to the education of new generations. This year, the award will be given to a teacher with a long career in education, during which he has trained numerous Olympians and increased the prestige of the institution where he works.
