This Children's Day, 450 kids transformed Iulius Mall Suceava into a canvas
June 1st has a way of bringing out the best in everyone, and this year was no exception. The ASSIST Humanitarian Foundation was back at the EduFortress Children's Festival, hosted at Iulius Mall Suceava, ready to celebrate International Children's Day with color, creativity, and a whole lot of joy.
Face Painting at EduFortress Suceava: Superheroes, Tigers, and Butterflies
The face painting booth had a constant stream of requests throughout the day. Children came in asking for superheroes, tigers, butterflies, flowers, and anything else they could imagine.

Tote Bag Painting Workshop: Kids Take Their Art Home
At the textile workshop, children got to paint their own tote bags from scratch. Some went for their favorite characters, others filled every inch of fabric with patterns, names, and drawings that were entirely their own. Each child took their tote bags home as a small but lasting reminder of the day.

ASSIST Humanitarian Foundation Volunteers Celebrate Children's Day in Suceava for the Fifth Year in a row
For the ASSIST volunteers, June 1st is always a special day. Spending it surrounded by pure happiness is a reminder of what community work is really about and why we keep showing up year after year. We are grateful for every smile shared with us and already looking forward to next year's edition.
