The "Autumn at Lipoveni" event supported by the ASSIST Humanitarian Foundation: A Successful Initiative for Hippotherapy

On October 20, in an atmosphere full of enthusiasm and solidarity, the local community came together to support a noble cause at the "Autumn at Lipoveni" event. Organized by Equestrian Dreams, a stable in Dragomirna, Suceava, this charity event had a clear goal: to raise funds for the opening of the first hippotherapy center in northeastern Romania, as part of the "You Are Not Alone" campaign. 

The village of Lipoveni, in the Mitocu Dragomirnei commune, hosted hundreds of enthusiastic people, with children of all ages in attendance. Over the two days, participants were treated to various activities, including horseback riding, equestrian demonstrations, and creative workshops. The atmosphere was enhanced by a captivating hot air balloon show and airsoft and ATV demonstrations. Participants also had the chance to savor local traditions by trying dishes specific to the region. 

The ASSIST Humanitarian Foundation was one of the driving forces behind the event, offering face painting workshops and creative sessions for children. Organizers expressed their joy at the success of the event and emphasized the importance of the funds raised for the opening of the hippotherapy center. Hippotherapy, an innovative therapy that uses horses to improve the physical and emotional abilities of people with disabilities, will now become more accessible to the community in northeastern Romania. 

This charitable initiative not only brought joy to the hearts of participants but will also contribute to improving the lives of people with disabilities, demonstrating once again that community solidarity can work wonders.
