Help us renovate the auditorium of the Suceava's "Ciprian Porumbescu" Arts College!
The "Ion Carp Fluierici" auditorium at the "Ciprian Porumbescu" Arts College is a landmark for Suceava's cultural and artistic life. Some of the most important community events occur here: the National Music Competition "Lira de Aur," masterclasses, concerts, and exhibitions. It is where young artists debut and Suceava's public enjoys extraordinary artistic moments.
In urgent need of renovation
The hall has been in heavy use for over three decades and is in an advanced state of disrepair. The 20-year-old floor creaks at every step, disrupting concerts that require impeccable acoustics. The pre-1989 seating is worn down and fails to provide decent conditions for spectators. Even the lighting needs to be improved so that the chamber can reach its peak potential. The current conditions do not meet the requirements of an institution that trains the country's future artists and hosts events of national importance.
The ASSIST Humanitarian Foundation wants to change this situation with a fundraising campaign to renovate the hall completely. The project involves replacing the flooring and fitting new seating, optimizing the lighting, and upgrading the acoustics to the highest European quality standards. All designs for the hall are being developed in collaboration with specialists from Germany to create a modern space that caters to artistic and cultural needs.

First donations made at the Christmas Charity Concert
On December 6th, during the Christmas Charity Concert organized by the ASSIST Humanitarian Foundation, we took the first step towards this change. We collected our initial donations of 33.652 RON from 300 participants and sponsorships from SERCOM Electric, NOVAOPTIC, and Clover Ride Sharing. However, we still need additional funds to support this important endeavor.
Furthermore, ASSIST Software has committed to doubling the individual donations made at the Christmas Charity Concert and will donate the resulting amount, effectively tripling the impact of each contribution. Following the public fundraising campaign, the EGGER company has joined the project to provide the flooring needed to modernize the hall. Your support will be crucial to the success of this project. Help us provide students and teachers with the space to facilitate effective artistic education.

Initially serving as a sports hall, its transformation into a space dedicated to the arts has been crucial for developing the city's cultural life. However, its infrastructure has remained unchanged for many years, and modernization is now more urgent than ever.
