On December 8th, the Catholic Cathedral of St. John Nepomuk in Suceava hosted an enchanting evening where the harmonious tunes of solidarity set the mood. A symphony of generosity unfolded within the charitable event organized by the ASSIST Humanitarian Foundation. The concert was an extraordinary initiative to raise funds to procure three sets of mannequins designed for cardio-pulmonary resuscitation for three ISU Suceava units.

This day will remain in our memories as a testimony of unity and benevolence, marking a beautiful collaboration between the ASSIST Humanitarian Foundation and talented artists. The concert, guided by Maestro Johannes-Raimund Onesciuc, acknowledged his exceptional artistic leadership.

We extend our gratitude to over 300 attendees who supported this cause through physical donations, gathering an impressive 18,087 lei. With ASSIST Software's involvement, which doubled our efforts, we successfully collected a remarkable total of 54,261 lei. Subsequently, a donation of 1,500 lei from the NOVAOPTIC Ophthalmology Clinic and additional online contributions fulfilled the requirement of 58,000 lei. Therefore, just before the winter holidays, our goal became a reality, all thanks to the community's generous response to the ASSIST Humanitarian Foundation's appeal.

The funds collected will be used to purchase the three essential mannequins for emergency interventions. Procuring CPR mannequins is a pivotal step in enhancing ISU Suceava’s intervention equipment

Moreover, ISU Suceava is initiating the "Passionate Rescuer" program, uniting over 1000 volunteers from Suceava who are eager to assist medical personnel in life-saving endeavors. These mannequins won't merely serve emergency interventions but will also play a crucial educational role. They'll be integrated into schools as part of the "Scoala Altfel" program, allowing students to learn and practice first aid. The sets will later be distributed to Suceava, Rădăuți, and Vatra Dornei, significantly enhancing the community's capacity to respond to emergencies.

With a total value of 58,000 lei, the fundraising remains open for anyone willing to support this vital humanitarian cause.
